ABOUT THE BOOK

«The Portuguese economy has lived, after joining the European Union, a growing internationalisation process. The companies labor in Portugal continue to work well, to develop new production processes, incorporating technology and cross-industry impact. There is an increasing integration into global production chains, and predictable growth of internationalisation in the coming years. The history of this process of internationalisation of the Portuguese economy in its most important aspects, is the theme of this book, the initiative of professors and researchers of the ISCTE-IUL, and that is a reference for those who are interested in this issue, and wish to to understand how this has been important for the development and economic growth.»
